COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Free shipping

Shipping is free once a minimum order value is reached, which varies depending on the destination country.
The amount required to qualify for free shipping is automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

For orders that do not reach the required threshold, the shipping cost will always be clearly displayed before payment.

Any customs duties, taxes or import costs for shipments outside the EU are always the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping (non-EU – including the USA)

For international shipments, including the United States, shipping costs are not fixed but depend on the order value and the destination country.
The correct amount is always automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

We rely on express shipping services.
Once the order has been shipped, delivery times generally range between 24 and 72 business hours, depending on the destination.

Production times

Kali Shoes follows an ethical and sustainable made-to-order artisanal production.
This means that if the ordered model is not immediately available, production requires 8–16 business days before shipping.

We produce this way to reduce waste, excess stock and environmental impact, dedicating the right amount of time to each pair of boots.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email

  • a WhatsApp message

with the tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

FAILED DELIVERY

If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient
(e.g. incorrect address, refusal of the parcel or recipient absent),
as a matter of environmental responsibility and sustainability, shipping costs will be deducted from any eventual refund.
