SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Free shipping

Shipping is free above a minimum order threshold, which varies by destination country.
The amount required to qualify for free shipping is calculated automatically and shown at checkout.

For orders that do not reach the threshold, the shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for non-EU shipments (United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA and other non-EU countries) are always the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.

International shipping (non-EU – including USA)

For international shipments, including the United States, the shipping cost is not fixed but depends on the order value and the destination country.
The correct amount is always calculated automatically at checkout.

📌 United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland shipments

For orders to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the parcel is subject to customs duties and import VAT, applied directly by the local authorities of the destination country.

  • Duties and VAT are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.
  • The courier (UPS, DHL or other express carrier) may request payment of duties before delivery: you will receive a notification via SMS, email or direct link.
  • The amount of duties varies based on the declared order value and local regulations (approximately 20–25% of the total for UK, 7.7% VAT + duty for Switzerland).

What happens if you refuse the parcel or do not pay the duties?

  • If the parcel is refused, returned to sender or not collected due to non-payment of duties, the parcel returns to Italy.
  • In this case, the outbound and return shipping costs and any customs charges billed to Kali Shoes will be deducted from the refund.
  • The customs duties and import VAT already paid to the courier are not refundable by Kali Shoes: to request a refund, you will need to contact the customs authority or courier in your country directly.

We recommend you carefully consider these costs before completing your purchase.

Delivery times

We rely on express shipping services.
Once the order is shipped, delivery times vary indicatively between 24 and 72 working hours, depending on the destination.
For UK and Switzerland shipments, please allow 1–3 additional working days for customs procedures.

Production times

Kali Shoes operates an artisanal made-to-order production, ethical and sustainable.
This means that, if the model ordered is not immediately available, production takes 8–16 working days before shipping.

We produce this way to reduce waste, excess stock and environmental impact, dedicating the right amount of time to every pair of boots.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • a confirmation email
  • a WhatsApp message

with the tracking number and the link to follow your shipment in real time.

FAILED DELIVERY

If the parcel is not delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient
(e.g. incorrect address, parcel refusal or recipient absent),
as a matter of environmental responsibility and sustainability, the shipping costs (outbound and, where applicable, return) and any customs charges billed to Kali Shoes will be deducted from any refund.

For non-EU shipments (UK, Switzerland, USA), customs duties and import VAT already paid to the courier are not refundable by Kali Shoes.
