ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping to all European Community countries and beyond, for a limited time.
For some European countries there is a small supplement.
For shipments to the USA the cost is €49.90 up to a maximum of items.
We are keen to offer you an efficient and economical shipping service, to guarantee a better shopping experience.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping times for Kali Shoes® models available in stock are 24-72 hours depending on location.
Our boots are handmade by Italian artisans with an ethical and eco-sustainable production process.
Production times vary from 2-16 working days depending on the models ordered and availability.
You can contact us by phone, via Whatsapp or email at any time to request information on the progress of your order.
Our customer service is active from Monday to Friday from 09.30 - 19.00
Are purchases covered by warranty?
All our products are covered by the Legal Guarantee valid for 2 years for any lack of conformity of the articles.
Furthermore, we offer the possibility to make a return and receive a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. For more information on how to make a return, you can consult the " Returns and Refunds " page on our website, where you will find all the necessary instructions.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kali Shoes® and will do everything we can to ensure you receive high quality service.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive the shipping code (also called tracking number) both by email and via WhatsApp.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
From the moment the order is placed you have 48 hours to cancel or modify the order, as our boots are handmade and produced on demand and may already be in production.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How long do I have to make the return?
To make a return, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
You can send us an email to info@kalishoes.it containing your order number and the reason for the return.
One of our operators will provide you with a form to return your order.
Is the return free?
The shipping costs to return the product are your responsibility, you can freely choose the courier you want to rely on to send it to our office.
Alternatively, if your order was placed in Europe you can request a return label (the cost may vary depending on the location), the courier will collect your order from the address used during shipping.
What are the conditions for requesting a return?
To request a return, it is necessary that:
- the product must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the product must be sent back in its original box and packaging.
After making the return, when will I receive my refund?
Refund times vary depending on the payment method used:
-if the purchase was made with cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer, therefore you will receive the refund after 2, max 5 working days (we remind you that the cost of the €5 cash on delivery will not be refunded);
-if the purchase was made by credit or debit card, the crediting times depend on your banking institution (from 1 to 10 working days).

CHANGE NUMBER
Is it possible to change the number?
We offer the possibility to change the number within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
To request an exchange, please send an email to info@kalishoes.it indicating the order number and the size you wish to receive as a replacement. Please note that the shipping cost for returns from Europe will be borne by the customer, but it is possible to book a label or arrange the shipping yourself.
We are passionate about ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and will do everything we can to help you find the perfect size for you.
How long do I have to request a number change?
You can request a number change within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.
What are the conditions for requesting a number change?
To request a number change, it is necessary that:
- the product to be replaced must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the product to be exchanged must be sent back in its original box and packaging.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods are accepted?
As a payment method you can choose between:
- cash on delivery;
- paypal;
- credit or debit card;
- bank transfer;
- Klarna or Afterpay payment in 3 installments
How does payment in installments work?
Klarna or scalapay give you the option of splitting your payment into 3 interest-free installments to spread the cost of your purchase over time.
It works like this:
- the first payment will be made at the time of the order;
- the second after 30 days from the first payment;
- the third after 30 days from the second payment.
You can choose debit or credit card of your choice.
With Klarna and Afterpay you have the flexibility to purchase in installments without any additional interest.
Can I also pay for the order on delivery?
You can place an order on Kali Shoes® and pay cash on delivery with a small supplement of €5 for the service provided by the GLS courier.
However, the cash on delivery service is only available for shipments to Italy.
If you are not in Italy, we invite you to use other available payment methods, including:
- payment in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna or Afterpay
- payment via Paypal , any credit/debit card through the Stripe circuit or bank transfer.
