Keep the insole in its packaging until first use, in a cool dry place.

Between uses, air the product in a well-ventilated space for a few hours — the cotton and the activated-charcoal base will keep working at their best.

Not machine washable. Do not soak. For surface stains, dab with a damp cloth and let air-dry away from direct heat.

When it starts losing effectiveness (typically after 30–60 days of daily wear), replace it to maintain consistent comfort.

They're made in Italy, not in low-cost overseas factories. You feel the difference the first time you wear them: after 8 hours your foot isn't damp.

How long do they last?

30–60 days of daily wear. It may sound short compared to a "permanent" generic replacement, but that's what makes them effective: activated-charcoal saturates and needs replacing. It's a premium consumable, like a good face cream.

Are they washable?
