TIME LIMITS FOR REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of your approval or refusal to refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
