General conditions

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, unless the items fall into specific categories as outlined below.

The right of return is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are respected:

  • The products must not have been used and/or damaged.
  • The products must be complete with the original equipment (box and packaging).
  • The returned products must be in a condition that they can be put back on sale.

Products purchased with discount codes

All items purchased using a discount code follow our standard return policy. This means that you can return the product within the 14 days provided, following the general conditions outlined above.

Products in the Outlet section

Items available in the Outlet section, already discounted in price, are not subject to the return policy.

This decision aligns with our commitment to sustainability, as these are often the last pieces available, and their sale helps reduce waste. We encourage customers to carefully evaluate their purchase before proceeding and to contact us with any questions or concerns.

How to return

The procedure for making a return for eligible products is very simple:

  1. Write an email to info@kalishoes.it indicating your order number.
  2. You will receive an email with the return form to fill out.
  3. You can send the package back to our headquarters located in Via Giovanni Porzio 4 - Naples - Isola G1 - 80143, or purchase a return label.
  4. You will receive confirmation of receipt of the package, and if all the above requirements have been met, the refund will be processed. Waiting times could vary from 1 to 10 working days depending on your banking institution.

Refund method

  • Electronic payments: Refunds are made by crediting your credit card, PayPal account, or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used during purchase.
  • Gift card: If you choose a Kali Shoes gift card, you will not be charged for the return label, and the entire amount will be credited to you via a coupon code.
