SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Free shipping to all European Union countries and beyond, for a limited time.

For some European countries, there is a supplement that will be calculated at checkout. Any import costs will be borne by the customer.

For shipments to the USA, the cost is €49.90 per order for up to a maximum of 2 items.

We offer express delivery services, with delivery times ranging from 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination.

Remember that ours is an ethical artisanal production based on demand, which means that from the time of your order, it may take 8-16 days to make your boots if they are not available in our warehouses.

SHIPPING TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with the tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

If the package is not delivered due to reasons such as:
wrong address, refused package, or recipient absent, to be sustainable, we will be forced to deduct the shipping costs from any return.
