Nonostante abbiamo avuto una lunga attesa per la consegna (pare causata dal produttore), abbiamo avuto sempre la possibilità di parlare con la signora Nicol, la quale si è sempre scusata per l'inconveniente. Finalmente, quando sono arrivati gli stivali, mia moglie ne è rimasta soddisfatta ed ammetto anche io che sono prodotti di qualità e l'azienda è seria.

Je suis très satisfaite de mes bottes pour le fait qu'elle soit faite en Europe pour la qualité mais aussi pour le suivi de mon colis. J'ai eu des craintes car on a voulu m'arnaquer avec des faux frais de douane et dans un délai court j'avais des réponses et un réconfort sur le bon déroulement de mon achat et de son expédition.
