Change Number

From 7th to 25th August, our production will take a short break, unfortunately we will not be able to carry out number changes and returns during that period.

However, our customer service will be operational and ready to help you in any way possible.

We would like to offer our customers maximum flexibility if they wish to change the number for the products purchased. While we strive to provide the correct size at the time of purchase, we understand that there may be situations where a different size is more suitable. This is why we offer the possibility to change the number within 7 days of the delivery date of your order, provided that the following guidelines are respected:

  • The products must be in original condition: The products must not have been used or damaged. In order to proceed with the exchange, it is essential that the items are still new, without signs of wear or damage caused by use.

  • Complete equipment: Returned products must be complete with the original equipment, including the box and packaging. Be sure to include all accessories and items that came with the product, such as inserts or instruction manuals. Only products returned with the original equipment will be accepted for exchange.

  • Products ready for resale: Returned products must be in such condition that they can be put back on sale. This means that they must not show signs of use or damage that would preclude resale. Please treat the products with care and use caution when testing them.

    To request an exchange, please send an email to , indicating the order number and the size you wish to receive as a replacement. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with the exchange process.

    Please note that the shipping cost for returns from Europe will be borne by the customer. However, to simplify the process, you can book a return label through our shipping partner or you can arrange the shipping yourself. If you opt for self-shipping, we recommend that you select a trackable method to ensure that your package reaches our warehouse correctly.
