This is my first pair of Kali boots, I was happy that they kept me informed of the making process and updated me when the boots were ready and were shipped. I was so excited when they arrived they are simply beautiful and such soft leather. I had an issue with part of the pattern not being correct and they replied to my email within 24hrs. Their customer services dept were amazing and the replacement was ordered upon receipt of my photos of the issue. I’m not excitedly awaiting my new boots! I cannot fault them so far, they have been superb to deal with. I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase from Kali!

Even though the production of the shoes took longer than expected, the quality and comfort made the wait worthwhile. I am very pleased with the shoes, the leather is soft, and they are very comfortable and stylish.
