Returns and Refunds
General conditions
You may request a return of your order within 14 days from receiving the products, as provided by European regulations on the right of withdrawal.
The right of return is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are met:

The products must not have been used or damaged.

They must be returned in their original packaging, complete with box and packing materials.

The products must be in a condition that allows them to be resold.
Once the product has been received and the above conditions have been verified, we will proceed with the return process.
Custom or made-to-order items
Items customized or made upon customer request are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
This category includes, for example, products where modifications have been requested compared to the standard model, such as:

selection of specific leathers or colors
-
changes to embroidery
-
variations in heel height
-
special workmanship or other customizations
As provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, it is not possible to request a refund for these products after delivery.
Products purchased with discount codes
Items purchased using a discount code follow the same standard return policy, provided that the general conditions above are respected.
Outlet products
Items in the Outlet section are sold at a reduced price as they are last available pieces.
For these products refunds to the original payment method are not available.
In case of a return, the amount will be credited in the form of a Kali Shoes gift card, which can be used for a new purchase on our website.
This choice allows us to reduce waste and maintain a more sustainable production.
Size exchanges
If you wish to request a size exchange, you may do so within 14 days from receiving the product.
Once the returned item has been received and verified:

we will ship the new size

the return label cost will be refunded in the form of a Kali Shoes gift card
Manufacturing defects
All Kali Shoes products are handcrafted in Italy.
If the customer believes the product has a manufacturing defect, our team will review the case and propose the most appropriate solution, which may include:

repair of the product

replacement of the product
-
refund (if the previous solutions are not possible)
How to request a return
To request a return:

You will receive the instructions and the return form to complete.

Alternatively, you may purchase a return label through our system.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund methods
Electronic payments
The refund will be issued via recredit to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal or other payment system).
Gift Card
If you choose to receive a Kali Shoes gift card, no return label costs will be charged and the full amount will be credited as store credit usable on the website.
Cash on delivery
For orders paid cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.
The cash on delivery fee (€5) is not refundable.
Refund processing time
Once the product has been received and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed.
The credit time may vary from 1 to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
