ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

Is the shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping to all countries in the European Community and beyond for a limited time .

For some European countries there is a small additional charge.

For shipping to the USA, the cost is €49.90 up to a maximum of items.

We care to offer you an efficient and economical shipping service to ensure a better shopping experience.



What are the shipping times?

Shipping time for in-stock Kali Shoes® models is 24-72 hours depending on location.

Our boots are handmade by Italian artisans using an ethical and environmentally sustainable production process.

Lead times range from 2-16 working days depending on the models ordered and availability.

You can contact us by phone, whatsapp or email at any time to inquire about the progress of your order.

Our customer service is available Monday through Friday from 09:30 - 19:00

 

Are purchases covered by warranty?

All our products are covered by the Legal Warranty valid for 2 years for any conformity defects in the items.

In addition, we offer the option to make a return and receive a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. For more information on how to make a return, you can refer to the "Returns and Refunds," on our website, where you will find all the necessary instructions.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kali Shoes® and we will do everything we can to ensure you receive high quality service.

 

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive the shipping code (also called a tracking number) either by email or whatsapp.


How can I cancel or change my order?

From the time your order is placed you have 48 hours to cancel or change your order, as since our boots are handmade and made to order they may already be in production.

We recommend that you contact us on WhatsApp at +39 328 843 5473 or by email at. [email protected], to receive immediate assistance with your order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How long do I have to make the return?

To make a return, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order. 

You may email us at [email protected] containing your order number and the reason for return.

One of our operators will provide you with a form to return your order.

 

Is the return free?

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product, you are free to choose the courier to send it to our office. 

Alternatively if your order was placed in Europe you can request a return label ( cost may vary depending on location), the courier will pick up your order at the address you used when shipping.

 

What are the conditions for requesting a return?

To request a return, it is necessary that:  

  1. the product must not have been used and/or damaged;
  2. the product must be sent back in its original box and packaging.

 

After making the return, when will I receive my refund?

Refund times vary depending on the payment method used: 

-if the purchase was made with cash on delivery payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer, then you will receive the refund after 2, max 5 days, working days (remember that the cost of cash on delivery of 5€ will not be refunded); 

-If the purchase was made by credit or debit card, credit times depend on your banking institution (1 to 10 business days).

NUMBER CHANGE.

 Is it possible to make the number change?

We offer the option to make a number change within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.

To request the change, please send an email to. [email protected] indicating your order number and the size you would like to receive as a replacement. Please note that the shipping cost for returns from Europe will be the customer's responsibility, but you can reserve a label or arrange for shipping yourself.

We care about ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and will do our best to help you find the perfect size for you.

 

How long do I have to request a number change?

You can request a number change within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

 

What are the conditions for requesting a number change?

To request a number change, it is necessary that:  

  1. the product to be exchanged must not have been used and/or damaged;
  2. the product to be exchanged must be sent back in its original box and packaging.

 

 

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted?

As a payment method you can choose from:

  • Cash on delivery;
  • paypal;
  • credit or debit card;
  • Bank Transfer;
  • Klarna or Scalapay payment in 3 installments

 

How does installment payment work?

Klarna or scalapay give you the option of splitting your payment into 3 interest-free installments to spread the cost of your purchase over time. 

 It works like this:

  1. the first payment will be made at the time of ordering;
  2. the second after 30 days after the first payment;
  3. The third after 30 days after the second payment.

  You can choose debit or credit card of your choice. 

With Klarna and Scalapay you have the flexibility to buy in installments with no additional interest.

 

Can I also pay for the order on delivery?

You can place an order on Kali Shoes® and pay cash on delivery with a small additional charge of 5€ for the service provided by the courier GLS.

However, the cash on delivery service is only available for shipments within Italy.

If you are outside the country, we encourage you to use other available payment methods, including:

- payment in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna or Scalapay

- payment through Paypal, any credit/debit card through Stripe or bank transfer.
