Shipping is free for orders over € 50. 

For orders lower than € 50 has a cost of € 4.99.


-What to pay the product also on delivery?

Yes, it is possible.We inform you that the mark of our GLS courier has a cost of € 5.

It works like this: you will deliver the cost of the product to the courier plus € 5 of the cash on delivery.


-When my order starts?

The order, in general, starts on the day of the purchase.


It could happen that the model of shoes you have chosen is still in the production phase (remember, for example, that the Texan line is 100%craftsmanship, so the processing times could be longer). 


In this case the shipment will delay a maximum of 10 days from the date of purchase: we will inform you everyday On shipping times via WhatsApp.



-What are the delivery times?

From the moment of purchase, the product will be delivered to you within 24/48 hours, for the 72 hours.

If the delivery times exceed 48 hours, we will notify you via WhatsApp.


-How can I trace my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive the shipping code (also called tracking number) both by e-mail and for sms.


To trace the shipment:

  2. Enter the code, which you received by email and SMS, in the "Shipping reference" space
  3. At this point you will display all the tracking information of your order.


-How can I delete or modify my order?

Our shipments are super fast, so it is not always possible to modify or cancel an order already placed.

To make the return, you have 14 days from the delivery date (in the 14 days they are also considered on Saturdays and Sundays). 

We suggest you return the product within 7 days of delivery of the order, to prevent you arrive after the 14 days granted, to receive the refund.
