SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Free shipping to all European Community countries and beyond, for a limited time.

For some European countries there is a small supplement which will be calculated during checkout.

For shipments to the USA the cost is €49.90 per order up to a maximum of 2 items.

We avail of express delivery services, times can vary from 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination.

We remind you that ours is an ethical artisanal production based on demand, this means that from the moment of your order it could take 8-16 days to make your boots in case the boots are not in our warehouses.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

If the package is not delivered for reasons such as:
incorrect address, rejected package or absent recipient, to be sustainable we will be forced to deduct shipping costs from any return.
