SHIPPING METHODS
The shipment of products is carried out via a courier selected by KALI SRLS, for which a tracking service is active.
The courier delivers on working days (therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local or national holidays) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours from the date of the Order Confirmation (if the order is placed by 2:30 PM on a business day and barring any force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances) excluding remote areas.
In case of non-delivery, the courier will leave a notice on the intercom/mailbox, informing the recipient of the attempted delivery. A second delivery attempt will be automatically scheduled for the next day. If the recipient is still absent, the shipment will be stored at the local branch for 3 working days. On the 4th working day, the package will be deposited at the competent Post Office, and the postman will leave a notification card for the recipient. The recipient has an additional 7 working days (including Saturday) to collect the package from the Post Office. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be automatically returned to KALI SRLS. KALI SRLS will not be responsible for any delivery service malfunctions by the courier.
For deliveries made to receptions (with the receptionist signing for receipt), KALI SRLS will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country is not listed among those provided, it means that delivery of products to that country is currently not available. However, since KALI SRLS is considering extending the list of countries to which shipments are made, we recommend contacting info@kalishoes.it.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, undamaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps); any damages to the packaging and/or the product or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by placing a specific note on the delivery document to be returned to the courier; any issues regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days from delivery, as indicated in this document.
SHIPPING TIMES
Product delivery occurs within 24-48 hours from the date of order receipt if the order is placed by 4:00 PM on a business day and the product is available in stock. Delivery delays may be caused by temporary unavailability of the products, courier service disruptions, force majeure, or holidays. In the case of credit card or PayPal purchases, shipping delays may be caused by the inability to withdraw the authorized payment amount. If the goods are not received within 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from our confirmation email, please contact customer service at info@kalishoes.it.
The delivery times indicated by KALI SRLS should be considered as purely indicative, and any delay relative to these times, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnities.
