Yes, we offer free shipping to all European Union countries and beyond, for a limited time.
For some European countries, a small supplement is required.
For shipments to the USA, the cost is €49.90 for a maximum number of items.

What are the shipping times?
The shipping times for Kali Shoes® models available in stock are 24-72 hours depending on the location.
Our boots are handmade by Italian artisans using an ethical and eco-sustainable production process.
The production times vary from 2-16 working days depending on the ordered models and availability.
You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email at any time to inquire about the progress of your order.
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 09:30 am to 07:00 pm.
Are purchases covered by warranty?
All our products are covered by the Legal Warranty valid for 2 years for any conformity defects of the items.
Additionally, we offer the possibility of making a return and receiving a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. For further information on how to make a return, you can consult the "Returns and refunds" page on our website, where you will find all the necessary instructions.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code (also called tracking number) both by email and via WhatsApp.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
From the moment the order is placed, you have 48 hours to cancel or modify it, as our handmade Kali Shoes® may already be in production on demand.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How long do I have to make a return?
To make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
You can send us an email at email@example.com containing your order number and the reason for the return.
One of our operators will provide you with a form to make the return of your order.
Is the return free of charge?
The shipping costs to return the product are at your expense, you can freely choose the courier to which to entrust it to send it to our headquarters.
Alternatively, if your order was placed in Europe, you can request a return label (the cost may vary depending on the location), and the courier will pick up your order at the address used for shipping.
What are the conditions for requesting a return?
To request a return, it is necessary that:
- the product must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the product must be sent back in its original box and packaging.
After making the return, when will I receive my refund?
The refund time depends on the payment method used:
-if the purchase was made with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer, so you will receive the refund within 2, max 5, working days (please note that the cash on delivery fee of €5 will not be refunded);
-if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the refund time depends on your bank (1 to 10 working days).

Is it possible to exchange for a different size?
We offer the possibility to exchange for a different size within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
To request an exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the size you wish to receive as a replacement. Please note that the shipping cost for the return from Europe will be borne by the customer, but it is possible to book a return label or arrange shipping independently.

You can request a size exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can choose between the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery;
- Credit or debit card;
- Bank transfer;
- Klarna or Scalapay payment in 3 installments
How does payment in installments work?
Klarna or Scalapay give you the possibility to split your payment into 3 interest-free installments to spread the cost of your purchase over time.
Here's how it works:
- the first payment will be made at the time of the order;
- the second payment 30 days after the first payment;
- the third payment 30 days after the second payment.
You can choose your preferred debit or credit card. With Klarna and Scalapay, you have the flexibility to buy in installments with no additional interest.
Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
You can place an order on Kali Shoes® and pay in cash upon delivery with a small supplement of €5 for the service provided by the GLS courier.
However, the payment upon delivery service is only available for shipments within Italy.
If you are not in Italy, we invite you to use other available payment methods, including:
- payment in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna or Scalapay
- payment through PayPal, any debit/credit card through the Stripe circuit or bank transfer.
